Missions Highlight: Sundar Dhoka Nepal
Sundar Dhoka church and Sundar Dhoka Saathi Sewa (SDSS, patient navigation centre) send their warm greetings and thanks to EBCG.
Over the past year, the ministry has grown significantly. The Child Heart and Rehabilitation project, which EBCG helped establish more than 15 years ago, continues to reach some of the most remote places in Nepal, deep in the Himalayas. It provides a way for children to receive heart surgery and rehabilitation care, that would otherwise not be available. The children coming into the project receive excellent medical services while living within a loving Christian community at SDSS. The results are truly life changing - both physically and spiritually. Sundar Dhoka church and SDSS are leading the way in reaching people living with disabilities in Nepal. Their example is inspiring the church worldwide to follow Jesus’ teaching in Luke 14 to bring everyone in, so that the house of the Lord may be full. |
